Featured Small Oil Painting

I took a $30 chance on this, hoping the signature is decipherable (and desirable!).

It's small--- 6+" x 4" image. (16x10cm)

I think the label says I. O. Krumbholz, Milwaukee.

I think it's an oil on board, with a cardboard backing between the board and the frame's nails.

I tried a quick 'cleaning' with a single Q-tip swab and saliva in one corner, but it did not immediately clean up. Maybe it needs something more to come back to life.

Golluzer seems like a distinct possibility.

I tried to enhance / filter the signature, but don't know if it helps much.

 

It helps a bit, I think I see Galluzer now.
