    I honestly don't know. This was the lone photo in the teddy bear shop.

    I did an image search, and I have to say this is the best I found of men dressed so formal. Everything is in perfect place.

    He really is duded up. Mens' clothing didn't change a lot for a while, especially formal gear. I don't know if he's from 1915 or 1935. These days the only time you see someone in topper and tails, and gloves, is for Prom. Some guys think it's cool. (and they're right.)

    One could probably narrow down the decade by researching when men wore top hats with long ties as an alternative to a bow ties.

    Hard to say for certain, but he appears not to be wearing a ring on his left hand.

    I'd guess 1920-1925-ish from the veil and the shoes.

    Kennedy wore a top hat to his inauguration, and IIRC a cutaway too. Mens formal gear didn't change a lot.
