Is this abstract sculpture by Tim Yanke?

    Hi,
    I found this at a local thrift yesterday. Neither I nor the store manager could make out the signature & eventually he put a price of $50 on it.
    Later at home I did a google image search of the signature, and it came back as being by American artist Tim Yanke; who is known for his abstract art.
    Is this by Tim Yanke? If not, any ideas?

    It is a mother and child sculpture, so not really abstract, because you can see what it represents.

    So very different. His work also looks different, and I don't think he makes sculptures.
