    hi guys

found this vase yesterday (5" by 5"), bargain i suspect for 2 quid

anyone recognize the mark, looks like is says down - something

searched all last night couldn't find nothing

thought it was a modern decor vase at first, but the base begs to differ

must be early 20th century right ?

    any thought appreciated

Bernard Moore and Moorcroft did them too, however this looks like more like a typical Chinese style sang-de-boeuf glaze to me.

I started fiddling with the mark and I flipped it, wonder if it actually says ____NMOO_ so maybe something moor?

Hah. I did wonder if it was upside down, but discounted that on the grounds that ENGLAND was t'other way up!
