    Oh my other question here is is the "M" enough to identify this as Minton's? I would have thought they would have put more indicia on something so unusual

    Not sure which "M" you're referring to. They're stamped with Mintons China Works. The impressed mark was different for tiles than for other Minton wares.

    Kent: SOrry I was thinking about the Mintons majolica I posted few days ago. It has an M and a 12 impressed into it. Not sure thats enough.
