Featured Etched glass decanter Greek key pattern

I grabbed this a while ago. I think the pattern is referred to as Greek Key although I've seen it referred to as Roman Key too. Its relatively small, 19cm to neck. No marks other than corresponding marks on stopper and neck. Any ideas of origin and age please?

 

A meander is a better term as it can be applied to decorative borders from other cultures beyond Greece.

Maybe a Cordial decanter? It's really nice, IMHO. Looks like crystal so might be Eastern European. Worth buying for its appearance, looks high end.

That makes sense given the size. I noticed that it was small but just thought that it was to hold less drink.
