Featured Potties. Mark on this pottery?

I bought a piece of pottery today. I bought it because I like it and don't know the mark on it. Just strange enough to intrigue me. I paid $10 for it. Does anybody recognize it?

It looks Asian, or Asian-influenced. Korean?

 

Thanks, evelyb30. I tried to google lens the whole vase and it kept saying it was Shawnee Pottery. I don't believe it. I tied to google lens the mark itself and all it did was say it was a pottery mark. LOL

 

I'm really just guessing. I'm not sure if it's a monogram, glyph, or "chop".

The best reason te buy something, and it is beautiful. US made rather than Asian imo.

 

I don't have much to add. But when you list it, be sure to include a standing up photo. Your first photo looked to me like a wall pocket until I saw the base. And I'm not really seeing how the handle is attached.

It's a lovely basket vase (?), really like the color and the shape. Seeing the base makes me think older and the color of the clay maybe Ohio but IDK, not a pottery expert. That mark should have been easy to ID. (How tall is it?)

 

I checked DTR, DTK, and RR but found nada.

 

I liike D R .....not sure the T is there...

 

Neither McCoy or Shawnee. That's not a color either pottery used. I'm leaning Asian.

 

I'm seeing a backwards K and an R
