He and the Brasso dude deserved each other, but the rest of us didn't.

Ah, the brasso dude. I got pink slapped twice for disagreeing with him! Although I disagreed with him all the time. What a complete a** he was. There were these guys at the Wellfleet Flea Market years ago that would take all their unsold china and glass and smash it in the metal trash bins. I was horrified. Their rationale was that the more they smashed, the more valuable what they had left would be worth. . I think that guy had the same point of view. If he convinced people to ruin their antiques, his would somehow go up in value.
