LJ Hallmark identification

Hello! Can anyone tell me more about the jeweler this has this Hallmark. I've found many nicely made pieces in 925, 14k and 18 with this Hallmark. They are usually heavier pieces with very unique designs. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

You are new, so also new to the terminology. Your mark is called a maker's mark.

A hallmark is marked by an official authority, like a government assay office. It is a reliable government guarantee that the piece has been tested and is indeed the marked fineness.
Hallmarks are named after the old guildhalls where testing and marking used to take place.
Hallmarks/assay marks are usually found on European and North African pieces. The US doesn't have hallmarks.

 

No, I'm not the seller. I have a ring with a similar makers mark. I wanted to learn more about who made it.

 

These were from eBay. I have a ring with this makers mark that was originally from Massachusettes.
