What are these numbered paddles?

    can anyone identify these items? A friend found them in his attic and has no idea what they are.

    Im thinking a carnival game of some sort. I like them,very fun.

    That was my instinct also. Don’t look like shooting game but they definitely hang based on the number orientation

    The red one is 10 inches long.

    The yellow one is 11 inches long.

    They are concave and painted on the back.

    They appear to be copper or some other mailable metal
