Ebay 'keywords' overkill

Ebay seems arbitrary about what they do & don't allow-this is a question about Keyword Stuffing on Ebay.
I did a search of 'Sold' Bakelite Lamps and kept getting a smattering of vintage car parts. I opened one of the listings (1930’s Dodge Plymouth Ford Door Trim Molding-eBay#188281670734) ,this piece of 'Door Trim' is all metal (no bakelite) and wondered why wasn't tagged by Ebay as blatant keyword stuffing- any opinions ?

The mouldings also seem to be for every vehicle known to (wo)man, and of any year from 1933-69.

 

In truth they care not, as long as they get a cut.
