Indonesian Tobacciana

    Bought these 2 pots, that some describe as tobacco jars, others as tea jars, and I found one describing it as a cigar and a cigarette jar.
    And there's also discord with aging and pricing...
    So, what's your verdict? :)

    your makers mark looks like strikes on the primer of a shell casing........???

    I can't place the double headed peacock........... India is a good bet...imo

    Bali comes to mind as well....

    I'm pretty sure it's Indonesian. The double headed peacock might just be an aesthetic thingy for symmetry. But AJ will definitely have all the answers :)
