Anybody recognize the maker on my frog bowl?

    Nothing special, $1 find, I am curious if anyone knows the maker Thanks.

    It's a slab construction vase. JMHO but maybe a souvenir from Puerto Rico or elsewhere in the Caribbean. The mark is faded but it looks like a workshop name on top and maybe a partial address on the bottom. Nice colors and frogs are a popular subject matter.

    Thanks. I have an entire shelf in my curio cabinet dedicated to just frogs.

    Isn't that a mold line across the bottom? And is the frog outlined in gold? It says 24K Gold.
