Featured Kathryn Wilson painting ?

    Any references of other works of hers ? Believed to be Texas, 14x18 inches, looks maybe 25 years old. A random purchase because I like old houses, trees and fences.

    It looks like the roofs in some tropical countries, where they have air vents in between the layers of the roof to let hot air out.

    Yes, don't think I've seen a similar in the US. And dormers on the sides but not the front. A Southern plantation house obviously. With a bit of research, location should be identifiable.

    Yes, bought it today. It reminded me of Dorothea Lang photo of the abandoned plantation houses. Like the padlock on fence gate in the painting. [​IMG]
