That's one I wouldn't have sold. That's excellent. This is the very first Naoto Hattori painting I saw that I loved. In 2011 he wanted $750 for it. I offered him $500. He said no. But, it didn't sell. At the end of the year he had a sale, and he sold it for $500. He made a few prints and I have it on the wall. It similar in idea to the mermaid and fish, only a different perspective.
Maybe we were sitting next to each other and didn't even know it. Were there people peeing in bottles and burying them near you? We were up front, and we saw some people doing that. I was also at the Elton John concert years earlier. Sheryl Crow who you needed tickets to get in, and Garth Brooks, who I did not care for. But, he brought out Don McLean to do American Pie. Brooks sang it well, McLean sang it like it was a noose around his neck that had already hung him.
I have the CD and I don't think I've ever listened to it. It's also on video. I don't know if they released it on DVD. It was a great show. But, I'm not a big S&G fan. I'll just go to any concert. I used to go see Dolly Parton at Dollywood. She'd do 4 shows in a weekend. I'd go to all of them. They recorded a few to release as a live DVD. At least twice they showed me in the audience. I was actually easy to pick out. I think it's because I still move to the music, even when I'm sitting. I have to watch that again, and see if I can still spot myself.
I can't do concerts any more; the sound volume is so high I'm more comfortable out on the street. Maybe not there.
