What I'll do with them I have no idea, but they were the best thing I'd seen at a tag sale all year.

Very dusty Nordic Club Chairs rescued from a barn approx. 1 kilometer from where the Norwegian Constituent Assembly met in 1814 that adopted the Norwegian Constitution and formalised the dissolution of the union with Denmark.

Those have got lots of style! Is the upholstery OK to clean, or is it too old?

I'd try cleaning first, and mess with only if necessary.

They are actually surprisingly good condition. The fabric and coil springs have not been used much since they were produced, age has taken its toll, but minimally versus what i except from chairs this old.

Don't have any photos because I can't imagine how I will shoot them, but, crazy me, I bought a lot of 280 toothpick holders. A few metal, some china but mostly glass.

I have 6 file boxes full, I've only had a chance to look through 3 of them!

All you need is a sterling one, or maybe not.

PLEASE tell me I did well today!!! I got 21 of these little books. I saw 1 or 2 leave the table before I got there so I grabbed the stack. There was a very angry woman there when I bought them! 20260703_092333(1).jpg 20260703_092341(1).jpg 20260703_092346(1).jpg 20260703_092355(1).jpg

Aren't those sweet? Pocket editions. An entire library (30 volumes) available for $2.98. (They weren't inexpensive. The internet says that's the equivalent of $100 today.)

They may be long-tail, book sets often are, but a least they're small and you can prepack them.
