    Well, nothing Thanksgiving exactly but, I am chowing down on a prime dry aged cowboy cut rib eye steak i just grilled! While everyone is out shopping

    Tell you what, i got a natural gas grill with a side sear burner on it, the sear burner is an infrared ceramic burner that hits 1800 degrees F, VERY HOT! so i sear the steak on both sides & then pop it in the regular grill to roast till it reaches desired internal temp, med rare for me and BAM!
    A PERFECTLY grilled steak EVERY TIME! :singing::cigar: It doesn't get any better than that.
