Need Help with this Chickin' Scratch Signature on an Exemplary Porcelain Cup

Good Morning Birds of a Feather,
I've owned this porcelain cup for years but never took time to post a question.
Research is not an option because I can't decipher the name.
I am hoping you will recognize the pattern and/or signature.
It is 4 inches tall.

There's no secret to deleting the spares. Do it just as you would text.

 

THat's Arabic, that is. Albeit the decoration is reminiscent of some Chinese cloisonne work. I suspect made for the Middle East market, be it souvenir, or whatever.
