Thanks Komo--- it's a little studio piece, two initials on the bottom so not really identifiable, but ID isn't necessary.

take a lone photo and run it thru the photo id........you never know !
It is what it is , and being found with all the other NA stuff....... an ID....may be possible ...

Congrats! I haven't seen a tag sale worth doing more than complaining about their full retail price since last year. At least one of us hit!

If it's signed, it says Bell Trading Post.

I need a twelve-step program. I picked this up for $4.50, has damage inside the rim area, displays well. It was supposed to be 20% off, but they said the sale was over and they forgot to take down the sign. And they were not very nice about it. No worries, I already got even with another of their treasures.

Did you take the painting home on your bicycle? Only asking because I've been known to do things like that... I almost always bicycle to sales/thrifts, so know it's totally possible, lol.

    Amazing finds by the way.

I did! All the other things fit, carefully, into my back pack. Then the painting in one hand and my other hand on the bike. I did not have far to go, and the streets were calm, residential ones. I still got some looks, which I love of course.

The odd looks are a bonus. Congrats on getting the painting home in one piece. Riding a bike, I'd lucky to get me home in one piece, or home at all.

A Nordic late Empire/Karl Johan chest of drawers, c. 1820–1840, with a gently bowed front, veneered in richly figured flame birch. The façade features carefully matched veneers, contrasting stringing and small geometric lightwood inlays surrounding the keyholes. The restrained architectural form and extensive use of highly figured veneer are characteristic of high-quality Scandinavian cabinetmaking of the period. Delivery early august. $300.
