Hi..first please ignore the hair ..didn't notice until I started the post. I believe this is French but not sure. The stopper is unfortunately missing. I think it would have been a simple cork. Thanks for looking

@i need help hit the nail on the head. It is a little lay down perfume bottle & would have originally had a small metal stopper.

Here is another that was part of a give away by @Aquitaine.

I think someone at some point wanted to make it a decoration for the Christmas tree.

 

I really don't know for sure.

Maybe @Ownedbybear can give some insight.

 

Venetian.
Back in the 1960s/70s at the antique shows they were always called Venetian. I always wanted one, but they were too pricey.
