    Can anyone tell me about what year it’s from possibly

    also what the stamping on it means

    what It’s Possibly made of

    &

    lastly what it might be worth

    Helmet shell cameo, probably 1950s, 1/20 12K GF is an indication of the gold filled metal content. Can't quite see letters after that. Guessing they are for maker, but knowing who it is will not add appreciably to the value. Search eBay for 'vintage shell cameo GF' & see what's being asked. Do the same search for sold listings & see how much they are currently selling for.

    The letters after that look like C.T. to me. But I agree, that won't be important on a GF mount.
