Looking for help identifying two prints and one painting

Hi I am looking to identify these 3 pieces I brought from estate sale 2 prints and 1 oil painting painted on panel of a ring neck duck thanks in advance

 

For some reason the print of the couple in an art gallery is in a style that reminds me of New Yorker magazine cartoons.

 

To assist us in assisting you, you'll need to post photographs of each piece, both front and back including frame, along with close-up photographs of signatures and any marks, labels or stickers. And, yes, as above, that certainly looks like a 1940s The New Yorker cartoon.

Pretty sure that's exactly what it is.

 

Well number 3 (the clown or whatever) is a copy of a Georges Roualt.

 

The duck painting looks like it is signed "Biard" ?

 

Where do you see a signature, Mikey?

 

I probably imagined it. The reflection of his eye in the water. 1/4 turn clockwise

 

Ah! I was thinking that too until I realized that the entire image of the duck is reflected in the water multiple times.

 

Whew, Thought it was just me.
