Featured Noritake Nippon Toki, These are a keeper

    Just found these yesterday and quickly added them to my Nippon collection.
    This back stamp was only used in 1946. In 1947 the word Japan was added below it. then after that was Occupied Japan.
    Most of the items from that era are not really considered rare, But some of the miniatures are, And to find a pair = Wow. Well maybe only to me haha.
    I just wanted to show you all and see what you think.

    Wow! I don't even collect Nippon and I would have picked those up. Very compelling, the color and simplicity are really appealing.

    (literally "shaded" in French) is the gradual blending of one color to another, usually moving from light to dark
