    @Marie Forjan

    I had this posted with a bunch of other things under "FINDS" Marie mentioned that it might be Juliana and we should take a look, so here are additional photos. Happy to get opinions on this. What do you think?

    Small spot of discoloration on the back, but otherwise pretty nice shape.

    P.S. Former owner was using it as an ornament on a tree. It had an ornament hook and everything. Would love to have seen that tree if there were other such ornaments!

    I've been trying to think what it reminds me of and it's this shrub.

    @Figtree3 meant to tell you something. Thanks to a post a while back that went into a discussion about "adding a note in the box" for an Ebay buyer, I think you might have saved me negative FB.

    I have a little clever insert I include with packages, but lately got lazy and just put the insert in with nothing handwritten on it. But after hearing how you like to get notes, I started writing a sentence or two --enjoy the brooch, many thanks... that kind of thing.

    About a month ago I was contacted by a buyer. I had listed a contemporary Kugel ornament by Midwest. It even had its original tag on it if memory serves. I listed it as modern, both in description and showed the tag. Well, she was buying this as a present, I guess wasn't that familiar with Kugel ornaments, thought this was an older one somehow. Maybe she didn't realize companies were making new versions. Of course I offered a return and explained, yes positively newer, (silently disappointed she didn't read carefully). She was quite unhappy in the first correspondence --but began her correspondence, "It was your kind note that stopped me from leaving a negative straight out"...

    In the end she kept it. I even said, "If you change your mind, please return. I want my buyers to be happy." But she did keep it. And left positive to boot.

    So I think that discussion about enjoying notes saved my A:greedy:.

    Thanks!:kiss:
