    Hello all,
Hard to make out but has anyone seen an inkwell like this? Anchor and paddles with ribbed glass inkwell with a ships wheel and compass on top. It is actually pretty big, 10-12" the glass about 4" across. PXL_20260813_183056103.MP_copy_712x1267.jpg

Dreck. Well, no, not exactly. Passable, no earlier than the 1950s, just nothing special. If you knew you could flip for a profit, sure. If it just really appeals to you & the price seems worth it, sure. But if you want to have something both beautiful & interesting, better to set aside money you're tempted to spend on each vintage "pretty lady" cameo that crosses your path & save up for something that is special.

There are a couple of ship's wheel-shaped objects on the bottom shelf. I would be curious to know what they are.
