Featured Unusual Inkwell? Anyone seen anything like this?

Hello all,
Hard to make out but has anyone seen an inkwell like this? Anchor and paddles with ribbed glass inkwell with a ships wheel and compass on top. It is actually pretty big, 10-12" the glass about 4" across.

 

Maybe someone can tell me the Wpoint on this?

Dreck. Well, no, not exactly. Passable, no earlier than the 1950s, just nothing special. If you knew you could flip for a profit, sure. If it just really appeals to you & the price seems worth it, sure. But if you want to have something both beautiful & interesting, better to set aside money you're tempted to spend on each vintage "pretty lady" cameo that crosses your path & save up for something that is special.

 

There are a couple of ship's wheel-shaped objects on the bottom shelf. I would be curious to know what they are.
