    Ichthyosaur.
    Lots in of fossils in Nevada from HUGE prehistoric Lake Lahontan.

    They almost look like skulls , maybe rams skull cufflinks ?

    There are cuff link collectors.
    These look fairly new. Called a Ball Return Cuff Link.

    Ebay sales don't appear to be very high - under ten dollars.
    You're asking for value, are you trying to sell? Price will depend on where you intend to sell.

    They kind of look like Ibex Head cuff links. They also look like they have a silver plated look to them. Do you know what they are made out of?

    Kasperscuriosities Two hundred years too late.

    I was thinking they looked like an Ibex too that was my first thought when I saw them. Here is a pic of an ibex to compare. They are known for that type of horn. They are very pretty.
