Featured HELP WITH SIGNATURE & THOUGHTS ON LARGE PAINTING OF A GROUP OF RABBIS? DEBATING

    I found this at my local thrift store this morning - I could tell it was old(er) just by the pile of dust on the back frame/stretcher!
    Can anyone tell me the artist?
    Thoughts on painting? (good, bad, or...factory (NO!)?

    I suspect that's a factory painting. If you do an internet search for "painting rabbis," you'll find many similar. Of limited appeal, I would imagine.

    I just misread the title as a group of rabbits.....:rolleyes:
    And then spent too long considering what the collective noun is for a group of rabbits?.....or Rabbi's for that matter?

    Gotta choice according to the internet: a bury, a colony, a down, a drove, a husk, a leash, a nest, a trace, a trip, a warren, a wrack. I think they should just all get together and make up their minds.

    Now off to do research on rabbis.
