Miniature bowl? Dish? Doll's jardiniere?

    It doesn't look like it had a cover, but maybe it did. English? German? Bavarian? Free at the gift shop at the dump, so how could I resist! Manufacturing flaw - glob of extra material on rim underneath the glaze. 1 3/4" tall, 2 1/2" diameter.

    Sugar bowl to a child's tea set, missing the lid?
    Could be German or even Japanese.
