aw thanks for noticing! Super busy. And really shouldn't be here now. I'll be all caught-up by next week. I took on a very large consignment of dollhouse miniatures from very fine items to 1000s of soso. Super fun, dream client, but all consuming. Add few other things and bam no time.

Thanks Fidbald for your thoughts. I threw Swiss in the mix because it came from an estate sale with mostly English, Swiss and German items. The past owners immigrated from Switzerland to USA in 1948. There wasn't a piece of good old Calif or USA pottery in the sale. I purchased thinking German 60-70s, but no luck on the mark.

the only "Swiss" that would have immigrated to the US and would at the same time mix with Germans in those years would have been from VERY bad family. are you sure they weren't Swedish ?

Don't know interesting observation. The previous owner was in his 90s, served in British tank division in WW2, married an English woman who also served in WW2 and immigrated to USA at the end of the war in 1948.

    Hi Trip
I cannot see the image that well, but if it looks like two bunny ears then it is Swiss. Haas Bros. c1970s

    Hi Trip
I am unable to see the mark clearly. If it looks like two bunny ears then it is Swiss.

from the mark it could be. but still not Swiss. Schaan is in Liechtenstein, that is ruled by a slightly retarded looking Austrian Prinz Alois and the Catholic Church.

The piece is in Calif home, I am in Las Vegas, NV where I spend most of my time now due to my husbands software business being located here. But really I was just thinking about the piece and how I never figured out the maker.
