Big mouth bass fish tie clip

    The dimensions are 1 1/4" x 1/4" x 1/2". The white on the
    spots on the first picture is from light exposure from the camera.
    I added the paper clip to balance it for the picture.
    I would like to find out what its material and its decade are?
