Featured Skeletal Buddha ?

    He is. In Theravada Buddhism an Arhat is someone who has attained enlightenment through fasting and meditation.
    There are not many Theravada Buddhists in China, which is why these statues are not all that common. Theravada is found mostly in southern and southeastern Asia.
