Any ideas on what this is ?
It is 4x6.5 inches
It has the a Namein the middle
It looks Like Lina M. Starkey
and beneath it the name Troy
and beneath that so initials they look like N.H.
On the top right it appears to " To My "
on the top Left it appears to " Sister "
This maybe a card or something else
Any Help would be appreciated

With one end straight across and the other with rounded corners, I suspect the description on the sticker "Autograph Page" is correct - a page from an autograph book. I have a couple of such books that came down to me through the family - not as fancy as this one's decoration, but still a nice thing to have because so many people identified their relationship to the book owner. Really helped with the family tree!

I'm pretty sure that the left corner says "your" not "To My."

 

I found Lena on Ancestry! She was born in 1874 to David and Augusta Starkey, one of 7 children as of the 1880 census. In 1888 she would have been 14.
