That is not an International Silver mark. I don't recognize whose offhand, so I will have to go looking.

I found a mark with the shaggy lion? head, but the name is nothing like "L Bros." I'm now wondering whether the left side L Bros is for a retailer.

The animal head looks very much like the one used by Frank Schofield over a long period of time and across 2 name changes.

 

The first use I found was for Baltimore Silversmiths Mfg Co 1903-1905. Then used for Heer-Scofield and finally, beginning in 1930 for Schofield Co.

Maker was Lipman Bros. in Toronto, the other mark is the Canadian 'lion-head-in-C' national mark, indicating the item was Canadian-made sterling, if I recall correctly, in use from the 1930s-'70s...

Yeah, they only show the silverplate 'Viking Plate' mark in Rainwater, under their later name (Lipman-Levinter)...
