    Hi all,

I found this pewter and ceramic pitcher at a thrift shop, would love help identifying anything about it. looks maybe vintage? The bottom says etain_pewter_zinn_peltro 95% with what looks to be an an angel blowing a trumpet. The middle portion is ceramic with crackled glaze - possibly hand painted flowers? Could not find anything similar online. Any help appreciated! pics below

    good morning from Europe.
these markings were introduced by the European Pewter Union in appr. 1978. although the idea was to introduce a European marking standard - as usual it was never to happen. especially the % is a sign of newer productions, the angel with a trumpet is much older.
IMO it has no collector's value, sorry.

Fid, isn't the "Peltro" indicative of Italy?
