Tin Glazed Wall Charger W Rabbit

    Any suggestions on the origin? To me it looks like recent, just more crudely crafted.
    By the way, do decorative chargers with hanging wall on the foot rims date back to 19th C. or they are usually much later?

    Looks like a one-off hand painted ceramic project! 20's - 30's? only because of the crazing lines.

    I think you are correct in thinking it is more recent.
    Can't help with the who - Sorry.
    Could be China, Portuguese, I would think Italy would be marked.

    Many people collect rabbit items. Good decorator piece.

    Sweet. It's from Spain. Not an uncommon design. Shape is called a "cuenco." And, yes, fairly new.

    Here's a plate featuring a (roughly) a similar design for sale at LaTienda.com.
