Yes, agreeing with the above wisdom.
Garden art. Sellable only to a quirky decorator (they don't pay much) as opposed to a sign collector (they pay big bucks but not for this condition).
That said... I'd advise my employer to give a few hundred for it, for somebody's funky rustic back yard, or an industrial-décor loft downtown.

A guy about an hour away bought it. I'm pretty sure he's gonna flip it for more. I spoke with a appraiser today and he seemed to think it was worth between $300-400

 

I'm shocked cause that thing is hammered bad.
Of course it's much harder with photos than in person.
