Featured One Man Band Hat

    I wonder if this really belonged to a one man band named "A Ringer". I know my brother bought it somewhere around 1980 but I have no idea where. It certainly seems unique to me.

    Nice hat! I wonder if that's a double entendre on the expression "Ringer"

    a person who rings church bells (as for summoning the congregation) 2. a person who is almost identical to another 3. a contestant entered in a competition under false pretenses 4. (horseshoes) the successful throw of a horseshoe or quoit so as to encircle a stake or peg Familiarity information: RINGER used as a noun is uncommon.

    It's 9 1/2 inches from the back to the tip of the brim. About 6 3/4 across. You'd have to have a really small head or be a kid for it to fit I think.
