Glassies,vase and candy dishes,any idea who?

Hi all. Picked these up recently,the gold bowls are 6x2 and 4x1 1/2,and the painted(?) one is 4 1/2x5 1/2 .any ideas ? As always any input appreciated.

 

The first bowl is very recent. I have wine glasses that have the same decoration. My glasses had a made in China sticker, I know others I have seen online have had made in Rumania stickers. Anyway, they are nice and were made in the last 15 or so years.

I think the amber are stacking ashtrays and came in 3's, but that is only a maybe as the memory tends to play tricks.

 

Well,that would explain the nicotine smell! I thought they were candy dishes!
P.s. I soaked them in vinegar and hot water for hours,and I swear I still smell it.What can I do?

If nicotine they need to soak in alcohol use rubbing do not waste drinking kind. When doing any glass (windows and mirrors) always use the alcohol.

Both Viking and Blenko did similar shapes . These would have been popular giftware and made available in the living room setting.

The bowl is by a company called Creative Structures and the pattern is Milano. As noted above it is Romanian.
