I know it's not the same, but it reminds me very much of a fountain I saw at Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna.

Has to be, unless some noble had a copy made for their property. Wonder if they have relandscaped or is the alley of trees in the plate's background artistic license?

I'm making myself crazy trying to identify the main figure. Personifications of rivers look something like this guy, but no wings & usually a jar tipped over with water flowing out. He looks a lot like Chronos, Time, except he does not have the scythe or hourglass (or I'm not seeing?) Is this yours? Can you describe what he has next to him/what his hands are doing?

 

The Romans got the Greek Chronos, Time, confused with their Cronus, also called Saturn. Saturn is very often shown with a scythe, even though it really has nothing to do with his story.

Maybe this is him in his period of banishment. And, after all, it is a fountain.

I once owned the entire set of Versailles designs (50 or so IRRC?), of which this is one plate. Long gone though!
