Odd earring No 2- craft composition?

    This looks to me as if someone put the elements together to make earrings? Copper and haematite type beads are wired on. Haematite coloured flower at end is glass. Crystals are all glass. Back looks like a Czech stamping?. Confused.com

    That back stamping can also be German. 1940s clip style again, and it's meant to be an arum lily.
