1964 pottery dish with label attached

I was cleaning under my bed a few minutes ago to see what I could find. Yes I keep some things under my bed, oh well. Has anyone seen this maker's things before ? I think about a year ago I tried finding maker but no luck, now that I have you guys here, hopefully someone will know.

There's a European MCM ceramics Facebook page. If I hadn't seen the label, I'd have thought it Italian, so possibly somewhere on the Italian border.

Aha. I have an idea. There's a thing called MUBA, held in Basel every year. Huge trade type public fair and market, open to the public and been going on for a century. I wil lay you odds this was produced for MUBA in 1964.
