Is This Vase Chinese or Japanese As Never Seen Just A Number on Base

    My wife has been busy and bought this vase off somebody on Facebook Marketplace whose advertised it just as a 'vase'.

    Really intrigued as it just has a number (08 or 80) on the base which to be truthful with my very limited knowledge is a new one for me.

    Would also like to know if it is Japanese or Chinese as again, I have no idea.

    newer low quality vase..... likely Chinese.
