Help dating a Codex Manesse print

I would like to have your help dating this Codex Manesse print. I took pictures under the USB microscope as an aid.

 

not possible without unframing.
there were already facsimiles made from the original Codex at the end of the 19th century .
best is to check the Heidelberg listing one after one till you find - at least - the title of what you have and then research from thereon.

My first question, is this made on paper or on vellum? The original is printed on vellum and is located at the library of the University of Heidelberg (Germany).

Can you please add the size of the picture (without the frame)? There are several facsimiles printed over the years. The most important one in 1925.

The size is 36 x 27 cm.

Ok, then I don't think it is from the 1925 version, because that one measures
372 x 250 mm.

 

Thanks Frid. The title is "Graf Kraft von Toggenburg". Is printed on an hard paper. In some parts of the picture it seems handpainted (the gold colour).

Wow, 14.409 euro (~16,000 USD) for a facsimile (reprint) of a book. If I had that money to spend, I would buy an original book from that time.

London price. one of the edition they brought the Codex to Leipzig under protection to have the facsimile made.

 

that London one may well be one of the facsimili of the 1970s. looks amazingly similar except the price...
