Featured Metal and wood carved decorator piece

    I have this piece, I guess a display piece, has a glass that goes with it for shelving. The lady I got it from could not remember where she got it and how long ago. Anybody might have an idea about age etc.

    Agree that it is newer. A far Eastern import would be my best guess.

    Its a nice enough piece,good size for displaying pretties. I agree with possibly chinese ,though it does look italian. I dont think the italians would have those wood strips .
