Crystal Cake Stand

    Any idea who would have made this?
    There's no markings that I've seen

    With the lip like this what is this used for?

    I don't know who made it, but it isn't a cake stand ...it would actually be a compote ...for serving fruit.

    I don't think it is particularly old. Maybe the last 20-30 years. Probably European lead glass. But the who I don't know.

    Looks like it.
    Lenox didn't/doesn't make their own crystal. If I remember correctly much of it is imported.
