Help to ID Glass Light Shade

    Hi,
    I'm hoping someone will recognize this light shade - I thought I knew this but not finding any now. The opening is 3"W, 6"H
    Any information appreciated.

    Excellent - thank-you anund:) I could picture the chrome fixture these (I have 3) fit on but couldn't come up with the name.
