    Your photographs are not sharp enough or enlarged enough to tell whether this is a print or an original watercolour.
    The matting has what we call a washline mount which was quite an expensive mat in it's day -so you may indeed have an original, however, it is, as I said, impossible to tell the medium from your photographs.

    I agree that we are not able to see well enough. That being said I have searched for this scene and not found another, so far.

    Hey guys.. a couple more things.

    1. I think it says St. James’ 1939, rather than June.
    2. There is some red colouring on what looks like a mans poppy..
