    Chinese company, still going, have been making pretty but inexpensive enamel jewellery since at least the early 80s. They're actually called Fish Enterprises, I've a broch on the original card.

    Try Googling on Fish Enterprises UK and Crown Jewellery USA - they used both names, you should find some stuff on them.
