    An eclectic little group!
No particular questions but if anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear them.
    Thankyou for looking
    :)

Lovely heavy green glass beads and cute little square wire bracelet

I don't normally buy bone things but I thought this was cute in a ferocious sort of way.

    It's not a fried egg...coral and MOP and silver 925 pendant. A good 50p!

This is a real oddity. Gorgeous real huge pearl bracelet I suspect started life on something else. The metal caps are all marked 14TK :hilarious: but for 50p I was willing to take a chance just for the pearls. Of course it's not gold. Now to work out how to unglue the pearls without ruining them. May try some hot water?

Millefiori glass earrings, a cute poppy heart and a single cufflink that looks like a cross between MOP, butterfly wing and Saphiret without the blue. When you change the angle it's completely brown.

    A nice group!
My picks are the pearls and the MOP/coral piece.
I cannot tell the size by your photos, but maybe the pearls are lower quality baroque South Sea. Is it a bracelet? The caps are marked 14TK...Not sure what the T means...? TK not KT.....
I would not remove the pearls from the caps, even if the caps are not gold.

Now I've taken more photos I can see the bit I thought was glue is actually part of the pearl!.Now I know that I agree it's better to leave them on the caps although the fake stamp annoys me.
My amateur acid testing on a touchstone says none of it is gold and the use of 14TK rather than 14KT would appear to try to deliberately deceive at a quick glance.
I'm still VERY happy with the pearls as they are but it does seem odd to fake 14k gold and then use fairly nice pearls. Or maybe those big but lumpy ones are two a penny?. Still have a lovely lustre on them.
I agree, the silver one with coral is very nice. That is 4.5cm long so a good size too. It was in with junk jewellery and I just grabbed it and paid without looking too closely so it was a nice surprise to find out its silver and real coral.

Yeah, they have a lot of serious flaws. A pearl snob wouldn't want them, but they are still beautiful.
Maybe you can remove the existing cap and replace with a cap that covers more of the tip, like a cone shape. Or even wire wrap the ends to cover the flaws.

There are a few other jewelry/pearl forums where some of the ladies take themselves way too seriously:eek:
I think the swirly divots and rings are interesting!

I really like the bone necklace, seem like alot of work with all the beads as well

    Is it definitely bone ?

Could be Ivory but I was hoping not. I haven't looked closely under a loupe yet. The pendant makes it more interesting. Not sure what it is- a dragon maybe?

Yeah that's what I thought as well

Looks like some good natural wear to the beads as well, so probably got some age to it

I agree, lovely. My guess is Bohemian/Czech.
It is genuine 14 tarak gold.:pompous::hilarious:
I would expect so, these beads are usually bone. Nice necklace.:)
