Sorry not much help here’s the translation

A sophisticated oriental beauty, a very beautiful and bright earthenware figurine "Japanese Girl with an Umbrella", produced by one of the Italian factories, the 70s of the last century. Handwork, painting.

Think the one word is 'Colore', colors, so Pamana, C.Z., did the painting.

I'm finding quite a few of this type of figurine said to be by Liani in Italy. While it could be an importer's name there are rather a lot of them.

I'm wondering if the hand written part was actually where someone bought the figurines but their spelling might be a little off or not English. Instead of Colong/Colore Pamana C.Z. I'm thinking it might be the place Colon, Panama C.Z. (Canal Zone)

Both of the figurines seem to have what could be a faded stamp.

I think you've got it. Couldn't for the life of me think what 'C.Z.' was for.

My mom used to collect cups and saucers from places she visited (not the souvenir type) and people gave her some on special occasions as well. She wrote similar things on the bottom so she would remember.

Am I right in thinking the lady was broken and glued? Looks like the break goes all the way.:(
